Do not trust this shop, they tell lies. I had an appointment at 3pm on Wednesday to get 4 new tires. I received a call at 5pm that they could not get to me because they only had one technician working. Said I could bring my Jeep back tomorrow. I said since it was already there I could leave, but I had an appointment on Thursday and had to have it back by 2pm. I was told no problem. At noon I called and it was on the lift would be about an hour. I call at 1:45 and was told by Lori, 2 tires were done she would see if another technician could assist to get the other 2 done. She offered to pay for an Uber to take me where I needed to go. She would call me back in 10 min. She never called me back. At 3:45 I called again and Lori told me there was a problem. Because my Jeep was so big, the lift was not high enough. But they rotated my tires when they put them back on. Not sure how they did that since Jeep was too big for lift. When I got to the shop I was told the issue is the tires are reverse mounted and they couldn’t change tires like that. Again they had all 4 of the reverse mounted tires off and put them back on, so clearly that was not the issue. They had my Jeep for 2 business da

This location is amazing! My wife and I came in a couple of weeks ago to have our car serviced. We were helped by Brandon and I was very pleased with the service that we received. Brandon's knowledge and way of explaining things was very appreciated. In a field where people can be so easily taken advantage of it is good to know that there are still honest people out there.

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a “lifetime alignment” service I purchased through Firestone Complete Auto Care At the time of purchase, I was assured that my vehicle qualified for this service. Since then, I have brought my car in for alignments and was told that the service had been completed. However, during a recent visit, I was informed by current management that my vehicle cannot, in fact, be properly aligned at Firestone due to camber and caster specifications that require dealership-level adjustment. I was further told that the previous manager should never have sold me the lifetime alignment package in the first place. I asked about a refund at this time and was told because it was purchased by old management and due to it being a few years ago nothing could be done. This is unjust! This raises two major concerns: 1. I was sold a service that your company was not able to provide. 2. I was told alignments were performed when, based on this new information, they could not have been completed correctly. From my perspective, this constitutes both misrepresentation at the point of sale and a failure to deliver the service. I am a customer of Fire

I had a great experience here! Brandon was extremely helpful and was able to get me in the same day, which I am so grateful for. Tommy was the technician who worked on my car, and he quickly diagnosed & resolved the issue. Everyone was super professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer at this Firestone location and am happy with the service. On this visit, they checked my brakes, found no issues, and let me know everything was okay - and no charge. On every visit, I have been treated fairly and have gotten good repairs. In the event of issues, they stand behind their work and make things right with the customer. Five stars.
